Library

We have a small collection of books in our Senior Centre. They are available to borrow on an honor system. There is no sign out procedure and no due date. Take home as many as you feel you will read in a reasonable amount of time. Return them to the "book return" box in the library when you are finished with them.

We are very grateful to the Prince George Public Library for the many books donated to our library through the "Reading without Rules" program.

NCSA LIBRARY

Carol Gee has put the books in the NCSA library in order. The nonfiction starts on the top shelf along the back wall. The nonfiction is mostly in order by library code. I| hope to put these in order by author in the future. The fiction books are in order by author. The large print fiction books start under the nonfiction books on the wall. The shelves along the side wall are fiction. There is a box on the bottom shelf of the fiction section for book returns. If you don’t want to or can’t replace the books in order, please put them in the box.

The Prince George Library generously donated some new titles to our library. They are on the shelf.

The new books are:

NONFICTION

In Order To Live by Yeonmi Park
Precious Cargo by Craig Davidson

FICTION

Breath of Scandal by Sandra Brown
Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline
Inside The O’Briens by Lisa Genova
Almost Dead by Lisa Jackson
Be Frank With Me by Julia Johnson
Promise Not To Tell by Jayne Ann Krentz
Predator by Wilbur Smith & Tom Cain
The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt
Orphan #8 by Kim Van Alkemade
Eyes On You by Kate White
The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry by Gabrielle Zevin

Please do not bring in your own books to donate. We have enough books for now. Shoppers in College Heights and Hospice Thrift Store take book donations, There are also several free little libraries around town.

Happy Reading!
